The first company of today's AVENTA Group was founded in 2011. The aim was to develop and implement real estate projects in the greater area of the provincial capital of Graz.
In the early years, the company focused primarily on the market in the Graz region and south-eastern Styria.
After the implementation of countless real estate projects in Styria, a restructuring took place in 2016, during which AVENTA Immobilien GmbH was installed as the holding company of the AVENTA Group. The AVENTA brand was also developed and placed on the market during this restructuring.
