YIT Corporation Stock Exchange Release 12 March 2024 at 16:45 p.m. New shares subscribed for in YIT's directed share issue have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register A total of 20,960,000 new shares subscribed for in YIT Corporation's directed share issue have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register today, on 12 March 2024. After the registration of the new shares, the company has 232,059,853 shares in total. The Company holds 1,552,119 own shares. The new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the company as of this registration date. The new shares will be admitted to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about 14 March 2024.
