YIT restates financial information for 2024 reflecting the change in the segment structure

YIT restates financial information for 2024 reflecting the change in the segment
structure

YIT announced on November 13, 2024, in accordance with the publishing of the new
strategy and financial targets, that it had decided to change its segment
structure from January 1, 2025, onwards to ensure and support the targeted
growth and resilience. YIT has restated financial information for 2024 to
reflect the changes. The restated segment financial information for 2024 is
presented in the tables attached to this release. The information is unaudited.

To enhance focus and transparency and to accelerate the speed of strategy
execution in the residential operations, the Housing segment was divided into
two separate operating segments and renamed to Residential Finland and
Residential CEE. Business Premises segment was renamed to Building Construction.
From 1 January 2025 onwards, YIT has four operating segments: Residential
Finland, Residential CEE, Building Construction and Infrastructure.

YIT will change its segment reporting to correspond to the new structure
starting from the Interim Report 1-3/2025.
