Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act of
change in holdings in YIT Corporation shares

YIT Corporation has on March 19, 2015 received an announcement under Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of the
mutual funds managed by BlackRock, Inc. in YIT has gone below the threshold of
5 per cent.

YIT announced on March 12, 2015 that the holding of the mutual funds managed by
BlackRock, Inc. in YIT had exceeded the threshold of 5.00 per cent (6,361,179
shares) of YIT's shares and voting rights.
