YIT restates operating segments' financial information for 2024

28 March, 2025

With the new strategy launched in November 2024, YIT changed its segment structure from the beginning of 2025. Housing segment was divided into two separate operating segments and renamed to Residential Finland and Residential CEE, and Business Premises segment was renamed to Building Construction. From the beginning of 2025, YIT has four operating segments: Residential Finland, Residential CEE, Building Construction and Infrastructure.

As a result, YIT has restated the financial information for 2024. The tables below present the restated segment financial information on an unaudited basis for all quarters of 2024.
