YIT extends the maturity of its credit facility by one year and links it to sustainability targets

YIT Corporation Stock exchange release 27 October 2021 at 5:45 p.m.

YIT extends the maturity of its credit facility by one year and links it to
sustainability targets

YIT has agreed with OP Corporate Bank plc on a one-year extension of its EUR 50
million credit facility. The new maturity date for the EUR 50 million credit
facility is in November 2023. The margin of the facility is impacted by,
positively or negatively, the success in regard to two sustainability targets
which are measured with the following indicators: lost time injury frequency
rate, LTIF (including own personnel and partners), and emission intensity of the
Group's own operations (CO2 emissions per EUR millions of revenue, tCO2e/revenue
EUR million).

The link to sustainability targets is another step in the progress in reaching
YIT’s ESG goals. The extension of the loan lengthens the maturity structure of
the loans and supports YIT’s existing strong balance sheet position.
