Change in the YIT Management Team: Jennie Stenbom appointed EVP, Human Resources at YIT

YIT Corporation Stock Exchange Release 16 May 2023 at 8:15 a.m. Change in the YIT Management Team: Jennie Stenbom appointed EVP, Human Resources at YIT YIT Corporation has appointed Jennie Stenbom (M. Ed., eMBA) as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and member of the Group Management Team. She will start in her position in November 2023, at the latest. Tanja Kauhajärvi, Vice President, Employment Relations and Services, has been appointed as interim EVP of HR and member of the Management Team, starting on 16 May 2023. YIT's current EVP, Human Resources Katja Ahlstedt has decided to leave the company. Her last day at YIT is 16 May 2023. Jennie Stenbom has strong experience in building and developing business driven HR functions in Finland and the neighbouring countries, and diverse expertise in change management. She works currently as Senior Vice President, HR in SOK business units. Jennie has previously worked as Senior Vice President, People and Culture, HR in Kesko, Building and technical trade division as well as Chief People Officer and member of the management team in Kamux Corporation. ”Engaged and skilled personnel is the foundation of everything we do.
