Change in the YIT Management Team

Juhani Nummi, Executive Vice President, Development and the member of YIT
Management Team leaves the company. It has been agreed with Juhani Nummi that he
will continue as the responsible leader of the designated special projects until
31 December 2021.

The tasks of the EVP, Development will be shared between the CFO and the segment
development leads. During the transition period, Juhani Nummi will assist in the
transfer of responsibilities and tasks.

"Juhani Nummi has had a long career in the company, including the last eight
years as the EVP Development of YIT. He played a key role in the successful
integration of YIT and Lemminkäinen and he has purposefully taken forward many
of YIT's development projects. I warmly thank Juhani for his long-term work for
