Investment and Project Committee for YIT’s Board of Directors

YIT Corporation Stock Exchange Release December 19, 2018 at 5.30 p.m. The Board of Directors of YIT Corporation has decided to establish a new Investment and Project Committee. The newly established committee reviews and prepares for the Board of Directors’ decision, inter alia, significant tenders, projects and investments as well as monitors portfolio development, reporting and risk management. Members of the Investment and Project Committee are Eero Heliövaara (chairman), Harri-Pekka Kaukonen and Kristina Pentti-von Walzel. The members are nominated after the establishment of the committee, and thereafter the election will take place at the Board meeting following the General Meeting. The new committee will begin its work on January 1, 2019. After the establishment of the Investment and Project Committee, YIT’s Board of Directors have three committees: Personnel Committee, Audit Committee as well as Investment and Project Committee.
