Changes to the Board of Directors’ proposal to the Annual General Meeting

Kim Gran has on March 3, 2016 notified that he withdraws his consent to be
elected to the Board of Directors of YIT at the Annual General Meeting to be
held on March 15, 2016.

YIT’s Board of Directors has decided to change its proposals to the Annual
General Meeting as follows: The Board of Directors proposes on recommendation of
the Personnel Committee that a Chairman, a Vice Chairman and three (3) ordinary
members be elected to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors proposes on
recommendation of the Personnel Committee that Matti Vuoria (new) be elected as
the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Juhani Pitkäkoski as the Vice Chairman,
and Satu Huber, Erkki Järvinen and Inka Mero (new) as members of the Board of
Directors. All candidates have consented to being elected.
