MATTI MALMBERG APPOINTED HEAD OF YIT'S BUILDING SERVICES NORTHERN EUROPE
BUSINESS SEGMENT

Matti Malmberg, M.Sc. (Tech.) (51), has been appointed head of YIT's Building
Services Northern Europe business segment and member of YIT's Management Board.
Malmberg reports to Juhani Pitkäkoski, CEO of YIT Corporation.

Arne Malonæs, former head of Building Services Northern Europe, will not remain
in the employ of YIT.

YIT announced the changes in the management of the Building Services Northern
Europe business segment in its Stock Exchange Release dated May 19, 2011.
