PII RAULO, YIT'S SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, HR, APPOINTED AS A MEMBER OF THE
MANAGEMENT BOARD

Pii Raulo (44), M.Sc. Econ., Senior Vice President, HR of YIT Corporation, has
been appointed as a member of YIT's Management Board from December 19, 2011.
Pii Raulo has been YIT Corporation's Senior Vice President, HR since July 1,
2011, and reports in this capacity to Juhani Pitkäkoski, CEO of YIT
Corporation. Pii Raulo has been working for YIT since 2004.

The three important development areas in YIT's strategy are personnel
development, energy efficiency and procurement. The appointment of the Senior
Vice President, HR as a member of YIT's Management Board supports the strategic
objectives related to the development of YIT personnel.
