The Board of Directors of YIT Corporation reinforces its committees

YIT Corporation Stock exchange release 7 October 2022 at 10:45 a.m. The Board of Directors of YIT Corporation reinforces its committees The Extraordinary General Meeting of YIT Corporation, held on 6 October 2022, decided on amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, as well as on the election of Sami Laine and Keith Silverang to the Board of Directors (Stock exchange release 6 October 2022: Resolutions passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of YIT Corporation (https://www.yitgroup.com/en/news-repository/stock -exchange-releases/resolutions-passed-at-the-extraordinary-general-meeting-of -yit-corporation3)). Upon the registration of the amendments, the Board of Directors of YIT Corporation decided in its meeting held on 7 October 2022 to reinforce its committees with the newly elected members. Sami Laine was elected as a member of the Audit Committee. Olli-Petteri Lehtinen will continue as chairperson of the committee, and Frank Hyldmar and Jyri Luomakoski as its members. Keith Silverang was elected as a member of the Personnel Committee. Kerttu Tuomas will continue as chairperson of the committee, and Eero Heliövaara and Harri-Pekka Kaukonen as its members.
