Description

Xpon Technologies Group Limited (‘XPN’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Tuesday, 14 December 2021.

The securities of XPN will commence quotation at 12:00 PM AEDT on Thursday, 16 December 2021.

XPN raised $12,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 15 November 2021 as varied by the supplementary prospectus dated 22 November 2021 (“Prospectus”) by the issue of 62,500,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
