Release of Shares from Escrow
XPON Technologies Group Limited (ASX: XPN) ("XPON" or "the Company") advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that 30,811,725 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) will be released from voluntary escrow on 9 May 2026.
The Shares were issued as partial consideration for the acquisition of Alpha Digital Design Consultants (Aust) Pty Ltd, as announced to the ASX on 5 May 2025.
This announcement has been approved and authorised for release by the Board of Directors of XPON Technologies Group Limited ACN 635 810 258
