XPON Accesses an $800k Loan Facility

XPON Technologies Group Limited (ASX: XPN) ("XPON" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new loan facility agreement for $800K.

The Company intends to use the proceeds of the loan facility for working capital and business development.

Terms of the Loan Facility

Any drawdown on the $800K loan facility will be changed an 14% pa interest rate and will be repayable by the 29 November 2026. The facility is made up of:

• $500K of the loan facility provided via a secured loan facility supplied by Gem Syndication Pty Ltd ACN 602 634 953 and Dunbarrim Pty Ltd (ACN 617 443 928) ATF DLK Family Trust.
• The remaining $300k is accessed via unsecured, arm's length loan facility from Konda Corp Pty Ltd ACN 108 323 655 (Konda Corp), a related party lender. Konda Corp is controlled by Mr Matt Forman, a Non-Executive Director of XPON.

If a default event occurs (non-repayment by the loan due date, misrepresentation, appointment of receiver or insolvency) the interest rate will increase to 36% pa.
