- i. the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ nine months ended 31st December, 2021; and
- ii. the proposal of split/ sub-division of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company, in such manner as the Board may determine, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
