SUB: INTIMATION PURSUANT TO REGULATION 30 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 – UPDATE ON INVESTMENT IN RENEW GREEN (MPR FOUR) PRIVATE LIMITED.

Dear Sir,

This is in continuation to our intimations dated 23rd April, 2026 regarding (i) execution of the ‘Share Subscription and Shareholder’s Agreement’ (SSSA) with Renew Green Energy Solutions Private Limited (Promoter) and Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited (Power Producer) along with a ‘Captive Power Purchase Agreement’ with Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited (Power Producer) and (ii) approval of investment by way of acquisition of 31.2% Equity stake of Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited, in relation to the setting-up of the 19 MW AC (comprising 26.4 MW wind capacity and 15 MW solar capacity) Wind Solar Hybrid Power Plant at District Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh; and further intimation dated 29th May, 2026 regarding amendment in the SSSA.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that today, i.e. on 29th May, 2026, the Company has made an Investment of Rs. 24.46 crore by subscribing to 4,64,926 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, of Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited. Post allotment of shares, the Shareholding of the Company in Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited will be 31.2%.
