ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, 17 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ (ਦੀਪਕ ਪਾਂਡੇ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕੈਟਰੋਲ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਐਸ. ਐਸ. ਮਰਵਾਹਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਦੇ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ ਸੁੱਥਰਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦਾ ਆਗਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਖ਼ਾਸਕਰ ਚਲ ਰਹੇ ਕੋਵੀਡ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਦੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ। ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਬੀ. ਪੋਫੈਸਰ ਮਰਵਾਹਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ "ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਨਾ ਜਲਾਓ, ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ ਸੁਥਰਾ ਬਣਾਓ" ਸਲੋਗਨ ਬਰੋਸ਼ਰ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਹਰਪੀਤ ਸੈਧੂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸੈਦੀਪ ਬਹਿਲ (ਐਸ.ਈ), ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਮਠਾੜੁ(ਐਕਸੀਅਨ), ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਬੀ. ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਬੇਟ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।

ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਪੋ: ਮਰਵਾਹਾ ਨੇ ਪਿਡ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਬੇਟ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੈਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਕਝ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ

ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਪਈ ਫਸਲ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਫ਼ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਿਆ

ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ

ਪੱਕੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੀ ਉਪਜਾਉ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਣਸੁਖਾਵੀਂ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਲਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਹਰਪੀਤ ਸੈਧ ਵੱਲੋਂ

ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨਾ ਸਾੜ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਗਰੁਕ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਿਊਬਵੈਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕੱਟਣ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਭਾਗੇ ਜੁਰਮਾਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸਜਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਭੁਗਤਣੀਆਂ ਪੈ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਦਲਿਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋ ਚੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਈਟ ਪੇਪਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਲਿਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਟਕ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਹਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਲਿਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੌਅਰ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈਕੇ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤਕ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਮੁਫਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਈਵੇਟ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਲਿਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਸਲਾ ਜਿਉਂ ਦਾ ਤਿਉਂ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ 10-10 ਮਰਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਲਾਟ ਦੇਣਾ, ਸ਼ਾਮਲਾਟ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਚਾਇਤੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨਸਾਰ 33% ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦਲਿਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਅਲਾਟ ਕਰਵਾੳਣਾ. ਦਲਿਤ ਪਰਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਕਾਰੀ ਸਭਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸੈਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਏ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਮਾਫ ਕਰਨਾ, ਸਹਿਕਾਰੀ ਸਭਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨਾਫੇ ਦੀ ਦਲਿਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੈਡ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ. ਮੰਡਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ

ਰੀਪੋਰਟ ਅਤੇ 85ਵੀਂ ਸੈਵਿਧਾਨਕ ਸੋਧ ਆਦਿ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਚੁੱਪ ਵੱਟੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਲਿਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਗ਼ਰੀਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਲੇ ਲਈ ਸੈਜੀਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੀ ਐੱਸ ਪੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦਲਿਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਛੜਿਆ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਕੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸ਼ੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਚਲੀ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਬਹ ਜਨ ਸਮਾਜ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਇਕਾਈ ਵੀ 19 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਜੀਫਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਪਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ, ਬੇ ਘਰੇ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਲਾਟ ਅਲਾਟ ਕਰਨ.ਪੈਚਾਇਤੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਣਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਅ ਲਈ ਖਰੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਬਰਦਸਤਮੁਜਾਹਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਦਲਿਤਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਬਢਲਾਡਾ. 17 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ (ਰਤਨ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ) ਆੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੈਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਰਿਲਾਇੰਸ਼ ਪੈਟਰੋਲ ਪੈਪ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਆਈ ਚੌਕ| ਤੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸਾਲੀ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦਾ ਪੁਤਲਾ ਸਾੜਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਚਹੇਤਿਆਂ ਅੰਬਾਨੀਆਂ− ਅਡਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਨਸੂਬੇ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ

ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਦਮ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੈਘਰਸ਼ ਦਾ ਘੇਰਾ ਦਿਨੋਂ ਦਿਨ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਪੱਧਰੱਤੇ ਫੈਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਫਿਜ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਹਨਤਕਸ਼ ਆਵਾਮ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਵ- ਉਦਾਰਵਾਦੀ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੱਖੀ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਉਖਾੜਕੇ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਰੋਲ ਅਦਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸੁਬਾਈ ਆਗੂ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਸਵਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ

ਕਾ. ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤਗਰਦਾਂ ਏਐੱਸਆਈ ਸਤਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਏਐੱਸਆਈ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਆਗਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਿਨੌਣੇ ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਐੱਚ ਜੀ ਕਲਵੈਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਦਿ ਸਮੇਤ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਗਸ਼ਤ ਬਾ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਭੈੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੁਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਟੀ ਏਰੀਆ ਗੜ੍ਹਦੀਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਚਖੰਡ ਟੈਕਸੀ ਸਟੈੰਡ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਤੋਂ ਕੱਚੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰੇ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਟੈਕਸੀ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਪਲਾਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮੋਨਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਬੋਰਾ ਮਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਲਾਸਟਿਕ ਵਜ਼ਨਦਾਰ ਉੱਪਰ ਬੈਠਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਵਿਗੜ ਰਹੀ ਅਮਨ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਜਕਦਮ ਘਬਰਾ ਕੇ ਖਿਸਕਣ ਲੱਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਪੈਣ ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਪੁੱਛੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਉਰਫ ਬਿੱਟ ਪੱਤਰ ਓਮ ਪਕਾਸ਼ ਵਾਰਡ ਨੰ: 1 ਗੜਦੀਵਾਲਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੱਸੀ ।ਜਦੋਂ ਪਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰੱਖੇ ਵਜ਼ਨਦਾਰ ਬੋਰੇ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਮਾਰਕਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕੈਸ ਵਿਸਕੀ ਦੀਆਂ 36 ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੀਆ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਈਆ। ਗੜ੍ਹਦੀਵਾਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਾਬੁ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਅਗਲੇਰੀ

ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਆਰੰਭ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ।

ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਏਕੜ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਕੈਪਨੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਘਰਾਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਇੱਕ ਰੁਪਏ ਲੀਜ਼ 'ਤੇ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ ਵਿਰੱਧ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਪ) ਨੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੈਤਰੀ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ 'ਤੇ ਧਾਵਾ ਬੋਲਿਆ। 'ਆਪ' ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਰੁਬੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਫਾਇਰ ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਡ ਚੌਂਕ ਤੋਂ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦਾ ਘਿਰਾਓ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੁਚ ਕੀਤਾ, ਪੰਰਤੂ ਪੁਲਸ-ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੈਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੈਰੀਕੇਡ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ 'ਆਪ' ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਧਰਨਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਪੈਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਨਾਅਰੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ। 'ਆਪ' ਦਾ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਨੇ 'ਆਪ' ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਮੈਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਫੜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੁੱਜੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੋ. ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਪਾਈਵੇਟ ਥਰਮਲ ਪਲਾਂਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਾਇਦੇ ਲਈ ਮਾਲਵੇ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਥਰਮਲ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਨੂੰ ਬੈਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਹੁਣ ਮਨਪੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਇਸ

'ਸਾਡਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਾਡੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ, ਕੋਈ ਅੱਗ ਨਾ ਧੂਆਂ ਇਸ ਵਾਰੀ' ਦਾ ਲੋਗੋ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਰੀ

ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਮੁਕਤ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਹਰ ਇਕ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਬੋ ਹਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਰੱਖ ਸਕੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਮੁਕਤ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ ਪਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਇਨਾਂ ਸਬਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਓਮ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸੋਨੀ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਖੋਜ ਮੈਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਭਵਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਗੋ "ਸਾਡਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਾਡੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਕੋਈ ਅੱਗ ਨਾ ਧੂੰਆਂ ਇਸ ਵਾਰੀ" ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸੋਨੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਨਾ ਲਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਵਾਹ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਉਪਜਾਉ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਨ। ਉਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ

ਅੰਮਿ਼ਤਸਰ, 17 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ (ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਤ ਦੇ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਕੀੜੇ ਵੀ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਉਪਜਾਉ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਕਮੀ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸੀ ਸੋਨੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਨਾ ਲਗਾਕੇ ਸਗੋਂਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚ ਕੇ ਵੱਧ ਮਨਾਫਾ ਵੀ ਕਮਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਥੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਉਥੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ ਵੀ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੀੜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੱਛ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਭ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਗੁਰਪੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਹਿਰਾ, ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ. ਵਿਕਾਸ ਹੀਰਾ, ਮੁੱਖ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਕੁਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਪੈਚਾਇਤ ਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਗਰਪੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।

ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਪੋਜੈਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਢੇਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਲਗਭਗ 4000 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ 'ਚ ਲੈਂਡ ਮਾਫ਼ੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਰਲ ਕੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੈਤਰੀ ਮਨਪੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਲੈਂਡ ਮਾਫ਼ੀਆ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਤ ਪਨਾਹੀ ਕਰਨ 'ਚ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਰੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਰੁਬੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬਾਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਜੇਕਰ ਨੀਅਤ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਥਰਮਲ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਨੂੰ 2031 ਤੱਕ ਚਾਲੂ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਯੁਨਿਟ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਾਲੀ 'ਤੇ ਚਲਾ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ 3000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਵਾਧੂ ਆਮਦਨੀ
