TRUSTBIX ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
TrustBIX Inc. (“ TrustBIX ”) (TSX-V:TBIX) is pleased to announce a private placement (“ Placement ”) of up to 454,545 common shares of the Corporation (“ Common Shares ”) at a price of $0.33 per Common Share for gross proceeds of up to $150,000, subject to regulatory approval.
TrustBIX Inc. is conducting the Placement under various prospectus exemptions (“ Exemptions ”) in accordance with National Instrument 45-106, Prospectus Exemptions.
Use of proceeds for the Placement will be allocated to fund corporate development activities and general working capital of the Company. There is no minimum Placement amount.
