TRUSTBIX INC. SEPTEMBER 2019 YEAR END FINANCIAL RESULTS

TrustBIX Inc. is pleased to announce its financial results for the years ended September 30, 2019 and September 30, 2018, and the related Management’s Discussion and Analysis, the details of which have been filed and are available on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) at www.sedar.com.

Hubert Lau, CEO of TrustBIX, stated: “Since our listing on the TSX Venture Exchange on April 29th, 2019, the TrustBIX team has been working diligently to build a long-term sustainable business with the goal to become the most trusted and largest source of third-party food traceability and sustainability information globally – Gate to Plate®. In this short time, the TrustBIX team has achieved two notable successes:

First, on July 22, 2019, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) awarded $49.5 million to the Canadian Agri-Food Automation and Intelligence Network (CAAIN). TrustBIX is one of the core partners of the network of companies that was successful in the grant application.

Second, in the fall of 2019, Cargill confirmed that their Canadian Beef Sustainability Acceleration pilot (CBSA) would transition into an ongoing customer solution adhering to the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef’s (CRSB) framework. As the chain of custody and data analysis provider, we are excited about this opportunity and being part of the building of trust in sustainable beef supply.
