UPDATES ON CONTRACTS SECURED BY INTERBIO, A WHOLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF TOTM TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, SECURED RENEWAL OF EXISTING CONTRACT AND NEW CONTRACT AWARDS IN INDONESIA WITH AGGREGATE VALUE EXCEEDING S$6.1 MILLION

Singapore, 2 January 2026 – TOTM Technologies Limited (“ TOTM Technologies ” or the “ Company ”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) is pleased to update on the recent contracts secured by its wholly-owned subsidiary, PT. International Biometrics Indonesia (“ InterBio ”), further showcasing the Group’s presence in Indonesia’s national digital infrastructure and maritime sectors.

Annual Technical Support (“ATS”) Contract for 2026 and Issuance of Additional Automated Biometric Identification System (“ABIS”) Licences

The consortium comprising InterBio and PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (“ IconPlus ”) was awarded contracts to provide ATS for the maintenance of Indonesia’s National ID system and the issuance of additional ABIS licences. InterBio, together with its consortium partner, has been awarded the ATS contract consistently since the project’s inception in 2017.

The latest ATS contract covers a twelve-month period in 2026 and was awarded by the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration (“ Dukcapil ”) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (“ MOHA ”), Indonesia. The scope includes ongoing system maintenance, operational support, and technical services for Indonesia’s National ID infrastructure. In relation to the ATS project, the Dukcapil also awarded the issuance of additional ABIS licences, for which IconPlus acts as InterBio’s reseller.

Based on the Group’s participation in the consortium arrangements, the contract value attributable to InterBio from the ATS and ABIS contracts is approximately IDR 79.1 billion (equivalent to approximately S$6.08 million).

Maritime Cloud Platform (“MCP”) Contract Award

In December 2025, the KSO MCP BKI Consortium, of which InterBio is a key consortium member, was awarded a MCP contract by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry, to provide service for integrated vessel maintenance management system to 160 vessels. Through the MCP, vessel owners gain access to realtime monitoring tools that provide actionable insights into crew management, fleet operations, vessel tracking, real-time weather updates, and compliance with certification requirements. The contract is for the twelve-months period in 2026 and the contract value attributable to InterBio is approximately IDR 1.03 billion (equivalent to approximately S$0.08 million).

monitoring and connectivity solutions for the maritime sector. The award of the ATS contract and additional ABIS licences underscores the continued trust placed in InterBio to maintain Indonesia’s foundational National ID system.
