RECONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of TOTM Technologies Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Chan Wei Jie (Zeng Wei Jie) ("Mr Chan") as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with effect from 12 May 2026.

The detailed announcement pursuant to Rule 704(6) of the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Limited, in relation to the appointment of Mr Chan has been separately announced by the Company on SGXNet today.

Subsequent to the appointment, the composition of the Board shall be reconstituted as follows:

Chan Wei Jie (Zeng Wei Jie) - Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
Siek Wei Ting - Lead Independent Director
Tan Ser Ko - Independent Director
Soh Chun Bin - Independent Director

There are no changes to the composition of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee.
