ENTRY INTO A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH EVVO

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of TOTM Technologies Limited (the “ Company ”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) refers to its announcement dated 9 July 2025 (“ Previous Announcement ”), regarding the entry into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (“ MOU ”) with EVVO Labs Pte Ltd (“ EVVO ”).

Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Previous Announcement.

Further to the Previous Announcement, the Board is pleased to announce that, following successful negotiations with EVVO, the Company has, on 10 August 2025, entered into a binding cooperation agreement of contract value up to S$500,000 for the supply, installation and integration services of a library automated sortation system (the “ Agreement ”).

With this cooperation, TOTM will expand its reach and is now set to provide end-to-end smart library automation solutions, integrating identity management with advanced sortation technology to enhance operational efficiency and user experience in the libraries.

INTEREST OF DIRECTORS AND SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS

To the best of the Company’s knowledge, as of the date of this announcement, none of the Directors or substantial shareholders and/or respective associates of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect in the Agreement, other than through their respective shareholdings (if any) in the Company.
