Rome, 27 April 2026 – Notice is given that, pursuant to Art. 77, subsection 2-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 (“Issuers’ Regulations”), Terna S.p.A. has made the following documents available to the public at the Company’s Registered office:

• complete copies of the latest financial statements of the subsidiaries;
• the summary table containing essential data from the latest financial statements of the associates pursuant to Art. 2429, subsection 3 of the Italian Civil Code.

It is also hereby noted that an updated version of the Annual Report on Corporate Governance and ownership structure for the 2025 financial year, prepared pursuant to Article 123-bis of the Consolidated Finance Act (CLF), has been published on the Company’s website (www.terna.it) and on the website of the authorised storage service “eMarket Storage” (). This updated version incorporates exclusively the addition of an explanatory note (21bis) on page 87 of both the Italian and English versions of the report.
