Rome, 10 April 2026 – Notice is given that the following documents have been published on the Company’s website (www.terna.it) and on the website of the authorised storage service “eMarket Storage” ():

(i) the Information Document on the long-term Incentive Plan based on the Performance Share 2026-2030 (pursuant to art. 114-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance (CLF) and to art. 84-bis of the Issuers’ Regulations);

(ii) the Report on the remuneration policy and remuneration paid of Terna S.p.A. The Report is pursuant to art. 123-ter of the Consolidated Law on Finance (CLF) and art. 84-quater of the Regulation adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999, as subsequently integrated and amended (Issuers’ Regulation).
