TERNA: GUIDELINES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS FILED
Rome, 9 March 2026 - Notice is given that the document “Guidelines of the Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. to Shareholders on the size and composition of the new Board of Directors”, approved on 26 February 2026 by the Company’s Board of Directors, has been filed at the Company’s registered office.
The document “Guidelines of the Board of Statutory Auditors of TERNA S.p.A. on the composition and remuneration of the new Board of Statutory Auditors to be appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting”, approved at the meeting of the Board of Statutory Auditors held on 2 March 2026, has likewise been filed.
Both documents are also published on the Company’s website (www.terna.it) and on the website of the authorised storage mechanism “eMarket Storage” ().
