TERNA: CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT AT 30 SEPTEMBER 2025 AND 2025 INTERIM DIVIDEND REPORT FILED

Rome, 13 November 2025 – Notice is given that the following reports have been deposited for public consultation at the Company's registered office:

• the Consolidated Interim Financial Report at 30 September 2025, approved today by the Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. and not subject to verification by its auditors. This document is published on the Company website at www.terna.it and on the website of the authorised storage service "1Info" (www.1info.it);
• the financial statement and the report, on the basis of which the Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. today approved the distribution of the interim dividend for the year 2025, and the related opinion by its auditors. The financial statement and the report are also available for consultation through the authorised storage service "1Info" (www.1info.it).
