Rome, 17 April 2024 – Notice is given that the following documents, approved by the Board of Directors of Terna S.p.A. at the meeting of 19 March 2024, as communicated to the market, have been filed on the stock exchange management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and published on the Company's website (www.terna.it), on the website of the authorised storage service () and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it):

• the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2023, including the draft Financial Statements of Terna S.p.A. and the Terna Group Consolidated Financial Statements, the related Directors' Report – including the consolidated Non-Financial Statement at 31 December 2023, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 254 of 30 December 2016 – the certifications envisaged by art. 154-bis, subsection 5, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 ("Consolidated Law on Finance" or "CLF"), as well as the Reports of the Independent Auditors;
• the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors pursuant to art. 153 of the "CLF";
• the Annual Report on Corporate Governance and ownership structure for the year ended 31 December 2023 pursuant to art.123-bis of "CLF".

The documents are also filed and available to the public at Terna S.p.A Registered Office.
