TERNA: DOCUMENTATION ABOUT HALF-YEAR REPORT AT 30 JUNE 2023 FILED

Rome, 28 July 2023 – It is hereby notified that the dossier containing the Half-Year Report at 30 June 2023 (provided for in Art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998) - approved by the Board of Directors of Terna S.p.A. on 27 July 2023 - and the report of the Audit Company, has been filed and is available to the public at the Company's registered office.

Furthermore, the dossier has been published on the Company's website (www.terna.it), on the website of the authorised storage service () and it has also been filed with the stock exchange management company, Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it).
