Rome, 30 March 2022 – It is hereby notified that the Board of Directors' Reports on the items on the Terna S.p.A Shareholders' Meeting agenda - called for 29 April 2022, in a single call, as per the meeting notice published today - and the Information Document on long-term incentive plan based on Performance Shares for the period 2022-2026 pursuant to art. 114-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance ('CLF') and art. 84-bis of the Issuers' Regulations, have been filed at the Company headquarters, published on the Company website (www.terna.it) and on the website of the authorised storage service (), and filed with the stock exchange management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
