Rome, 7 April 2022 - It is hereby notified that the following documents, approved by the Board of Directors of Terna S.p.A. at the meeting of 17 March 2022, as communicated to the market, have been filed at the stock-exchange management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A., published on the Company website (www.terna.it) and on the websites of the authorised storage service () and Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it):

• the Integrated Report including the draft Financial Statements of TERNA S.p.A. and the Terna Group Consolidated Financial Statements, the related Directors' Report – including the consolidated Non-Financial Statement at 31 December 2021, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 254 of 30 December 2016 –, the certifications envisaged by art. 154 bis, subsection 5, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 ("Consolidated Law on Finance" or "TUF"), as well as the Reports of the Independent Auditing Company;
• the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• the Annual Report on Corporate Governance and ownership structure pursuant to art.123 bis of "TUF".

These documents are also filed and available to the public - together with information relating to subsidiaries and associates required by law - at the Company's registered office.
