TERNA: DECISION OF THE CEO ON THE BOND FOR € 500 MILLION PUBLISHED

Rome, 2 October 2020 - It is hereby notified that the decision of TERNA S.p.A. CEO of 18 September, 2020 approving a bond in Euro, at fixed rate, as public placement for a total amount of 500 million Euro has been filed at the disposal of the public at company's registered office and website www.terna.it

Such bond issue was made under its Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) Programme, as already announced to the Market on the 18 of September 2020.

The decision is also published on the website of the authorized storage service () and it has also been filed with the stock exchange management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it).
