Rome, 18 March 2024 – Further to news reported in the press about the investment planned "in the new five-year industrial plan", Terna S.p.A. specifies that the total planned investments of the 2024- 2028 Industrial Plan are 16.5 billion euros.

As mentioned in the press release of 29 January 2024, to which reference is made, the Company will disclose to the market on 19 March 2024 the full details of the Plan and the results related to Terna S.p.A. separate and Terna Group consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the proposed allocation of profit results for 2023, after the related resolutions of the Board of Directors session convened for this purpose.
