MESSAGE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS DIVIDEND PAYMENT

The General Meeting of Shareholders of 28 May 2014 has decided to distribute a brut dividend of 2.50 EUR per share entitled to dividend.

The dividend is payable from 16 June 2014 onwards coupon n° 26. The share will be listed ex-coupon as of 11 June 2014.

The dividend is payable onwards coupon n° 26 by banks and officially certified Belgian institutions. Financial services are provided by BNP Paribas Fortis who acts as System Paying Agent and sole paying agent.
