Please be advised that Dr. Christoph Berentzen has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TECOM Group, effective 18 August 2025.

Mr. Haissam Baydoun, who has served as Acting CFO since February 2025, will retain his role as Vice President of Corporate Finance.

TECOM Group Announces the Appointment of Dr. Christoph Berentzen as Chief Financial Officer

Dubai, UAE, 19 August 2025: TECOM Group PJSC (DFM: TECOM), (the "Company" or the "Group"), today announced the appointment of Dr. Christoph Berentzen as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 18, 2025.

Dr. Berentzen brings over 20 years of experience in driving financial performance across real estate portfolios in Europe and the United States. Prior to joining TECOM Group, Dr. Berentzen served as CFO for Central Europe at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), one of Europe's largest commercial real estate groups. His earlier roles include leading global organisations as CFO of Westfield LLC in the United States, and Director of Finance for URW Germany. He holds a proven track record in overseeing multi-billion-dollar portfolios and leading complex real estate transactions and financing strategies

Dr. Berentzen holds a PhD in Accounting from the University of Münster in Germany, where he also earned his Diplom-Kaufmann (MBA equivalent). He further broadened his international perspective with studies in International Relations and East Asia Studies at Seoul National University in Korea.

The Board of Directors extends sincere appreciation to Mr. Haissam Baydoun for his dedicated service and contributions to the Group during his tenure as Acting CFO since February 2025. Mr. Haissam will continue in his role of Vice President of Corporate Finance at TECOM Group.
