Subject: Announcement of the List of Candidates for Membership of the Board of Directors of TECOM Group PJSC

Reference to the above subject matter and the announcement regarding the opening of nominations for the Company's Board of Directors membership, and in compliance with Federal Decree Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies and Chairman of the Securities and Commodities Authority's Board of Directors Decision No (3RM) of 2020 concerning the Governance Guide for Joint Stock Corporate Companies.

Please note that the nomination period for the Board of Directors was closed on Friday, 28 February 2025.

The candidates who applied within the nomination period for the membership of the Board of Directors have been vetted by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Below is the list of the candidates who will be considered for election at the Annual General Assembly taking place on Monday, 10 March 2025:

بالإشارة الى الموضوع أعلاه وإلى الإعلان السابق عن فتح باب الترشيح لعضوية مجلس إدارة الشركة، وامتثالاً لمتطلبات المرسوم بقانون رقم 32 لسنة 2021 بشأن الشركات التحارية وقرار رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الأوراق المالية والسلع رقم (3/ر.م) لسنة 2020 بشأن اعتماد دليل حوكمة الشركات المساهمة العامة.

يرجى التكرّم بالعلم بأن فترة الترشح لعضوية مجلس الإدارة قد انتهت في يوم الجمعة الموافق 28 فبراير 2025.

كما نودّ أن نحيطكم علماً بأن لجنة الترشيحات والمكافآت قد صادقت على أسماء المرشحين الذين تقدموا بطلب الترشيح خلال الفترة المحددة.
