Publication of the documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting dated May 5th , 2023

Cesena (Italy), 13 April 2023 – It is hereby notified that, on today's date, the following documentation was made available to the public at the Company's registered office (Via Calcinaro, 2861, Cesena, Italy) on the Company's website available, respectively, at the address https://corporate.technogym.com/en/investor-relations/results and at the address https://corporate.technogym.com/en/governance/shareholders-meetings, other than at the authorized storage mechanism called "eMarket STORAGE", available at :

• (i) the Annual Report of year 2022, including the Separate Financial Statements at December 31, 2022, with the related report on operations and the declaration pursuant to article 154-bis of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, together with the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors' Report;
• (ii) the consolidated non-financial information statement pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree nr. 254/2016;
• (iii) the Report on corporate governance and ownership structure;
• (iv) the Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid.

In addition, it is hereby notified that, pursuant to article 2429, sections 3 and 4, of the Italian Civil Code, the summary of key figures of the latest financial statements of subsidiary included in the consolidated area and/or associated companies, the copy of the latest financial statements of subsidiary not included in the consolidated area, as well as the accounting statements of extra EU foreign subsidiaries, pursuant to article 15 of CONSOB Regulation no. 20249/201, were made available to the public at the Company's registered office.
