ERRATA CORRIGE

Cesena (Italy), May 18th 2026 – Technogym S.p.A. announces that today it has republished the Annual Financial Report as at December 31st, 2025, approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on May 5th, 2026, replacing pages no. 506, no. 507, and no. 509, which in the document published on April 10th, 2026 were incorrect due to a layout error.
