Cesena (Italy), August 4 th, 2023 – Technogym S.p.A. announces that the half-yearly financial report as of June 30, 2023, prepared in accordance with Article 154-ter, paragraph 2, of the Italian Consolidated Law on Finance and approved by the Company's Board of Directors held on August 2 nd, 2023, together with the independent auditors' report, in accordance with Article 81 of the Issuers' Regulations, is available to the public at the Company's registered office and is published on the Company's website at https://corporate.technogym.com/en/investor-relations/results as well as on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" available at www.emerketstorage.it.
