ERRATA CORRIGE

Cesena (Italy), 15 aprile 2021 – Technogym S.p.A. points out that, with reference to the dividend distribution proposal which will be submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting called on May 5, 2021, the date of payment, coupon detachment and the record date, due to a mere clerical error, were not correctly indicated in the 2020 Annual Report. As communicated on March 24, 2021 (http://corporate.technogym.com/en/press-releasefinancial-results-2020) and indicated within the Directors' Report on item 2) of the Agenda of the above mentioned Shareholders' Meeting, the dividend will be paid on May 26, 2021, with coupon detachment on May 24, 2021 and record date on May 25, 2021.

The Company made the necessary corrections to the interested paragraphs of the 2020 Annual Report, available to the public on the Company's website at the address http://corporate.technogym.com in "Investor Relations/Results" and "Governance/Shareholders' Meetings" sections and at the authorized storage mechanism called "eMarket STORAGE", available at ".
