TECHNOGYM COMPLETED THE SALE OF EXERP TO BATTERY VENTURES
Cesena (Italy), May 25, 2021 - Technogym announces that today, in execution of the agreement signed on May 14, 2021, communicated to the market on the same date, the closing for the sale was completed, within the terms and conditions already disclosed to the market of all the shares held in Amleto ApS, the holding company that exclusively owns the entire share capital of Exerp ApS, a Danish company active in club members management software ("Exerp"), to Battery Ventures, a US investment company.
