THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTS WILLIAM MARABINI - IN TECHNOGYM FOR 16 YEARS - MANAGER IN CHARGE OF COMPANY ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS AND STRATEGIC MANAGER
Cesena (Italy), 17 November 2022 – The Board of Directors of Technogym S.p.A. appointed Mr. William Marabini - who has also the role of Managing Director in charge of Administration, Finance and Control - as manager in charge of company accounting documents pursuant to applicable regulations, replacing the previous one, and it also identified him as manager with strategic responsibilities on the evening of November 16, 2022. The previous manager in charge of company accounting documents pursuant to applicable regulations Mr. Massimiliano Moi goes on his professional track in Technogym.
After his graduation in Economics and Business Management from Bologna University, Mr. William Marabini entered the Company starting with the role of controller in 2006.
Within the Company, he has matured an important growth path that has allowed him, thanks to his commitment over the years and his professional skills, to hold various roles facing important challenges in the areas of management control, finance and administration. Mr. Marabini played a role of primary responsibility in the listing of the Company and the subsequent implementation of the main control procedures and processes.
In the last period, he held the management of the Company's administration department and the role of Chairman of the Boards of Directors in some foreign subsidiaries of the Technogym Group.
