NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
(Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 & Law 3556/2007)
The company "TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A." (hereinafter the "Company"), following notifications received and in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, informs the investing public that:
1. Mr. Konstantinos Stengos, son of Andreas, Chairman of the Board of Directors (a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities – PDMR, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596/2014), carried out purchases of shares of the Company through five Joint Investment Accounts, as follows:
