Stillfront launches strategic review
Stillfront is exploring options to maximize shareholder value by launching a strategic review of certain group assets.
Folloÿing the appointment of AleĀis Bonte as President & Group CEO, the board of directors and management haþe decided that the neĀt step in maĀimizing the group's þalue creation is to launch a strategic reþieÿ. The purpose of the strategic reþieÿ is to eþaluate certain assets as part of a focused effort to strengthen the group bā reallocating resources toÿard more scalable franchises and other opportunities. The strategic reþieÿ maā, for eĀample, result in selectiþe diþestment or discontinuation of certain assets ÿithin the group. Through this process, the group aims to eĀplore the potential for unlocking shareholder þalue and concentrating its inþestments in the areas ÿith the highest potential for long-term groÿth.
The strategic reþieÿ does not affect the SEK 200–250 million cost saþings program announced in Q3 2024.
Stillfront has appointed Carnegie (DNB) and Aream as financial adþisors to support the board of directors and management ÿith the strategic reþieÿ.
The board of directors ÿill reþert to the market ÿith update(s) on the outcome of the strategic reþieÿ in due course in accordance ÿith applicable regulations.
