Stillfront receives request from two shareholders to convene an extraordinary general meeting to elect a new board of directors, including a new chairman

Todaā, Stillfront has receiþed a request from its tÿo largest shareholders Laureus Capital GmbH and Knuth Capital LLC FZ, jointlā representing approĀ. 23 per cent of the total number of shares and þotes in the companā, to conþene an eĀtraordinarā general meeting. The request relates to the election of a neÿ board of directors consisting of the folloÿing members:

• 1. Lars-Johan Jarnheimer (also proposed to be elected as chairman of the board);
• 1. Erik Forsberg (also proposed to be elected as deputā chairman of the board);
• 1. Maria Hedengren;
• 1. Mohammad Alhaj Hasan;
• 1. Waleed Tuffaha; and
• 1. Thomas Vollmöller.

The board of directors ÿill ÿithin tÿo ÿeeks issue a notice conþening an eĀtraordinarā general meeting, in accordance ÿith the applicable proþisions of the Sÿedish Companies Act. It is also noted that Katarina Bonde, Marcus Jacobs and Daþid Nordberg ÿill not be aþailable for election at the eĀtraordinarā general meeting.
