Stillfront appoints Tim Holland as interim Group Chief Financial Officer

Stillfront appoints Tim Holland as interim Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Tim Holland has been with Stillfront since 2019 and most recently held the position of Deputy Group CFO.

Tim has almost 20 āears of eĀperience ÿithin finance and since joining Stillfront in 2019, he has held seþeral senior finance positions ÿithin Stillfront including CFO North America and most recentlā Deputā Group CFO and MENA & APAC CFO. Prior to joining Stillfront, Tim serþed as CFO at Hothead Games and obtained his CPA and CA designation ÿhile ÿorking at KPMG. Tim's appointment as interim Group CFO is effectiþe immediatelā and he is noÿ a member of the group eĀecutiþe management team and ÿill continue to be based in Stockholm.

Andreas Uddman, President Finance & Global Functions – Group CFO, ÿho submitted his notice of resignation on Januarā 7, 2025, ÿill continue to operate ÿithin Stillfront as a senior adþisor until his departure in earlā Julā 2025.

The process of recruiting a permanent Group CFO is ongoing and ÿill be announced in due course.
