SOLID WORLD GROUP: TEMPISTICHE EMISSIONE SECONDA TRANCHE "WARRANT SOLID WORLD 2022-2025"
Treviso, 8 maggio 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (la "Società"), azienda a capo del Gruppo leader nel settore delle tecnologie digitali, della stampa 3D oltre che dell'additive manufacturing, facendo seguito a quanto comunicato in data 27 aprile 2023, rende noto che in data odierna è avvenuto lo stacco della cedola n. 1 relativa all'emissione degli ulteriori massimi n. 8.237.160 "Warrant Solid World 2022-2025" (i "Warrant"), con record date 9 maggio 2023 e data di messa a disposizione degli stessi il 10 maggio 2023.
Si ricorda che i Warrant saranno individuati dal medesimo codice ISIN di quelli attualmente in circolazione, del tutto fungibili e saranno assegnati nel rapporto di n. 1 Warrant ogni n. 1 azione ordinaria posseduta da ciascun azionista.

SOLID WORLD GROUP: TIMING OF THE ISSUE OF THE SECOND TRANCHE OF THE "SOLID WORLD 2022-2025 WARRANTS"
Treviso, May 8, 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (the "Company"), parent of a leading digital technologies, 3D printing and additive manufacturing Group, following on from that announced on April 27, 2023, announces that today is the date of coupon No. 1 relating to the issuance of the additional maximum 8,237,160 "Solid World 2022-2025 Warrants" (the "Warrants"), with a record date of May 9, 2023 and a date of availability of May 10, 2023.
The Warrants will be identified by the same ISIN code as those currently outstanding, fully fungible and will be granted in the ratio of 1 Warrant for every 1 ordinary share held by each shareholder.
