SOLID WORLD GROUP: ASSEGNAZIONE ED EMISSIONE SECONDA TRANCHE DEI "WARRANT SOLID WORLD 2022-2025"
Treviso, 10 maggio 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (la "Società"), azienda a capo del Gruppo leader nel settore delle tecnologie digitali, della stampa 3D oltre che dell'additive manufacturing, facendo seguito a quanto comunicato in data 27 aprile 2023 e 8 maggio 2023, rende noto che è stato completato il processo di assegnazione della seconda tranche dei "Warrant Solid World 2022-2025" (i "Warrant") la cui data di stacco era l'8 maggio 2023, con assegnazione gratuita a tutti gli azionisti, in ragione di n. 1 (uno) warrant ogni n. 1 (una) azione ordinaria posseduta, di n. 8.237.160 Warrant.
Tali Warrant sono negoziati su Euronext Growth Milan, identificati dal Codice ISIN (IT0005498420) e del tutto fungibili con quelli emessi in fase di IPO.
Alla data odierna risultano quindi in circolazione n. 11.808.660 "Warrant Solid World 2022-2025".

SOLID WORLD GROUP: ALLOCATION AND ISSUANCE OF SECOND TRANCHE OF "2022-2025 SOLID WORLD WARRANTS"
Treviso, May 10, 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (the "Company"), parent of a leading digital technologies, 3D printing and additive manufacturing Group, following on from that announced on April 27, 2023 and May 8, 2023, announces that it has completed the process of allocating the second tranche of the "2022-2025 Solid World Warrants" (the "Warrants"), whose dividend coupon date was May 8, 2023, with 8,237,160 Warrants awarded free of charge to all shareholders at a ratio of 1 (one) warrant for every 1 (one) ordinary share held.
These Warrants are traded on Euronext Growth Milan, identified by ISIN Code (IT0005498420) and fully fungible with those issued in the IPO.
As of today, therefore, 11,808,660 "2022-2025 Solid World Warrants" are outstanding.
