Results of Solid Clouds hf. shareholders' registration for convertible bonds.
Shareholders of the company subscribed for purchases amounting to ISK 215 million, which is a 23% oversubscription, as the shareholders' meeting had approved on January 10 the issuance of convertible bonds with a principal amount of up to ISK 175 million.
Shareholders will be sent information regarding allocation. The payment deadline for subscription commitments is Monday, January 27, and the delivery of bonds will take place as soon as possible after payment.
